In turn, they originate into rise in project cost. In the present age of Information Technologies, various digital tools are practised to prevent disputes and their resolution by information sharing. In order to prevent any construction project related disputes by any of the stakeholders, this Digital Interface, can be effective in making timely flow of queries and their timely updates from the main responsible stakeholder. In addition, the pending issues which are yet to be addressed by the constructor team member, will also be visible on this plateform. This way, the interface may showcase the challenges and a warning of impending disputes, which can be avoided by their timely response by the constructor team members.
